Each eligible individual may hold one (1) active account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. akun77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. akun77 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Accounts are personal to the registered Member. You may not transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any funds held within it to any third party. akun77 reserves the right to verify the identity of the person operating an account at any time and may suspend access pending completion of that verification.
All deposits and withdrawals on the akun77 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). akun77 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian Members:
Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; verified accounts carry higher limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment systems. During periods of high transaction volume — such as BRI Liga 1 matchdays or national holidays — processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience withdrawal processing delays of up to 48 hours while verification is completed. akun77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that appear inconsistent with the Member's prior betting activity.
Anti-Money Laundering: All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the verified akun77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. akun77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions where required.
akun77 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which akun77 accepts no responsibility.
akun77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and BRI Liga 1 season milestones. akun77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Member and wagering has commenced, any modification will not affect the terms of the active promotion for that Member.
All bets and game rounds placed on the akun77 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type or game.

Settlement and Disputes: All bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, akun77 will review the relevant data logs. Where a technical error is confirmed, akun77 will void the affected bet and return stakes. akun77's decision on any settlement dispute is final.
akun77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
Members are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct while using the akun77 Platform. Violation of any prohibition set out in this Section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
akun77 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to request additional verification documentation or temporarily suspend account access where suspicious activity is detected. Members who repeatedly violate these prohibitions may be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
akun77 operates a strict KYC policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming best practices. All Members are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal or upon request by akun77 at any time.

akun77 provides the Platform and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
akun77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. akun77 does not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akun77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if akun77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall akun77's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Force Majeure: akun77 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, labor disputes, or acts of war.
You may close your akun77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you following completion of final identity and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
akun77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:
In the event of account termination for breach of this Agreement, akun77 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance and void any outstanding bets. Where termination is not due to breach, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you following final verification checks.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akun77 holds its international operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following dispute resolution procedure:
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which akun77 is licensed, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
akun77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. akun77 recommends checking this page at least once per month.
